The Airbnb specific requirements for Business Travel Ready listings include:
“Business Travel Ready listings must be an Entire Home/Apt and an eligible property type (house, apartment, bed & breakfast, townhouse, loft, or condo). The listing must be no smoking, and can’t have pets on the property.”
